Laguna Woods Farmers Market

Fresh. Local. From Our Gardens to Your Table.

Each year, the Garden Centers Club of Laguna Woods proudly hosts its very own Farmers Market, a joyful and meaningful event where fresh produce, flowers, herbs, and handmade garden items are sold to support local charities—especially Meals on Wheels at the Florence Sylvester Memorial Center.

Our market is more than just a sale—it’s a celebration of community, sustainability, and the simple goodness of homegrown food.

🌱 What You’ll Find

  • Farm-fresh vegetables & greens donated by gardeners of the Garden Centers and from The Giving Garden.
  • Beautiful flower bouquets harvested and arranged by members
  • Succulent planters and potted herbs
  • Bundles of fresh-cut herbs
  • Seedlings & starts to grow your own
  • Handmade garden crafts or extras from the centers
  • Friendly smiles and a great cause

💚 How It Works

  • Starting in March, members begin planting extra crops and planning special items for the market
  • In June, volunteers prepare succulent planters and begin collecting garden donations
  • The day before the market, we harvest produce, cut flowers, and package herbs
  • On market day, we finish picking greens and set up bright, welcoming tables at sunrise!

All proceeds go directly to help provide meals for those in need in our senior community.
